Today was a crisp day that made me want to wrap up in something warm and cozy. I love layering some fun leggings with an oversized sweater and scarf. It’s an ultra comfortable and easy outfit and the boots provide some extra warmth to my cold toes!
I don’t know about you but I can’t get enough of arm candy. I love just piling on the bracelets and mix and matching them with different watches. I stumbled upon a website called ChiChiMe which sells great stacks of bracelets already put together or you could opt to make your own creations. Here are some examples of my own arm candy.
Gladiator boots have been spotted on some of the hottest runways such as Tom Ford, Givenchy, and Versace. They have also been spotted on celebs like J. Lo, but are these a fashion hit or miss? For me, I feel like picking up a sword and running through the forest like Xena. But that’s just me. You be your own judge!
It’s a rainy day in Atlanta but that’s ok with me. It gives me a reason to wear my winter flip flops…..Wellies! I just love them because they go with essentially everything. As you probably know, they come in a variety of colors and patterns, but I opted for the classic navy Hunter boots that compliment just about any outfit. Hope you’re staying dry wherever you are.
The Golden Globes! The start of the Award season means only one thing……fabulous fashion galore! There were plenty of amazing looks on the red carpet last night. Strapless gowns, red, and bright colors were some of the trends seen on the red carpet but some actresses still sizzled in classic black like Katherine McPhee and Sofia Vergara. Here some of my favorite looks. Who were yours?
Jessica Alba in Oscar de la renta
Katherine McPhee in Theyskens Theory
Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Haute Couture
Halle Berry in Versace
Kate Hudson in Alexander McQueen
Claire Danes in Versace
Sofia Vergara in Michael Cinco
Kerry Washington in Miu Miu
Lucy Liu in Carolina Herrera

Finally, I bring you my first What I Wore post! My husband was kind and patient enough to take some pictures after church. It was a balmy 70 degrees in Atlanta today so I was able to go sans winter coat. 70 degree weather in January is exactly why I escaped to the sunny South from the freezing temps of my hometown Pittsburgh. Well, I hope you like the first What I Wore……Enjoy!
