Alright Gladiators! You can now channel your inner Olivia Pope with Scandal style at the Limited. Kerry Washington has collaborated with the brand to create the Scandal collection inspired by her sassy and stylish character, Olivia Pope. It offers reasonably priced office attire with classic silhouettes and a touch of femininity.
This is my favorite piece in the entire collection! I love a great cape and this ivory one is gorgeous. It has a matching pair of slacks to give you instant diva status.
If your tired of the old lady tweed jacket, this one is a great option. The eye-catching asymmetrical collar and fitted shape brings an old classic to the next level.
Ahhhh! Another great cape.
Everything about this dress is so soft and feminine. The soft peach color pairs beautifully with nude pumps. The tulip shape to the dress provides a sexy hemline that will have all eyes on your gorgeous legs at the office.
This outfit is so chic and effortless. The cardigan can easily transition from the office to a weekend football game.

Of course, the collection would not be complete without the infamous Olivia Pope wrap coat. Wrap yourself up in one of these beauties for under $250!
Some of the pieces are only available on line so be sure to get your piece of Scandal style before it’s all gone.
Who is excited for the return of a new Scandal tonight after a brief hiatus! I know I am although I’m not happy about a winter finale. The torture of waiting to find out how the entangled lives of Olivia, Fitz, and now her mother will unfold. In honor of the return of my favorite show and t.v. heroine, I am featuring a classic Olivia Pope look. One of the best parts of her wardrobe are her coats and this cozy, wrap style is so luxe. It’s one of those items you can throw on top of anything and look sophisticated as ever. But of course, Olivia Pope wears it with a slick pair of trousers, a feminine blouse, and pearl jewelry. Are you obsessed with Olivia Pope? What’s your favorite look?
Hands down! My favorite show on television is Scandal! Shonda Rimes created another hit show with a hot, nail-biting storyline and engaging characters. But I must admit, what I look forward to the most is seeing what slamming outfits Kerry Washington’s character, Olivia Pope, is going to wear next. I mean seriously, if I could get into any television character’s closet, it would have to be hers. She wears some of the best coats I have ever seen, the suits are the essence of sophistication, and the dresses are beyond….
My cousin actually gave me the idea for this post from one of her Facebook posts that linked to an article on vulture.com. In their article, they showed every outfit Olivia Pope has worn since the start of the show. I decided to edit that down to my top 20 favorite looks.
Every woman needs a classic trench coat in her closet and this white one is a stunner. It’s so crisp yet it’s not too white so it can easily transition between seasons. The two coats with the wide collars are just so soft and chic. The two structured coats are beyond sophisticated. I really love the last one!
The Suit Jackets
There is something so elegant about a structured suit jacket with a high neckline as displayed in the first two looks. The second two jackets are similar to my style. I have narrow hips, so jackets that have an embellished bottom or peplum tend to flatter me better. Plus, they are girly and feminine which I love. The last two looks both have cool, asymmetrical necklines. I wish I could find a white jacket like the one here. Usually, white jackets can appear a little sterile, but the asymmetrical neckline and dark buttons gives it a nice edge.
Nothing shows off a woman’s decolletage better than a draping neckline. It’s just suggestive enough without being too sexy. The second two dresses have a beautiful high neckline, but the V-neck makes it less severe and little more feminine. The last blouse is so delicate and ladylike. Another piece I would love to add to my closet.
All Dressed Up
As you know, black and white is going to be having a serious moment this Spring and the first two dresses are a good example of how to do it well. The accents on the waist make hers look microscopic! I’m loving the gray boucle jacket with the long gloves. I mean seriously, it doesn’t get more chic than that. The last look is just O-M-G! I have no words….
